Been here for a month, doing skipping since day 1. Day 30 a staff comes in and interrupts me in b/w my workout and tells me no skipping allowed, its their policy. Im in a corner with ample amount of space the cardio area just ruined my day. Thanks Planet fitness

Used to be really good, I think my only. Complaint is the 30 min circuit used to be perfect it had everything in it and it was numbered to hit target every area, it mad sit perfect cause in do everything three days a week it worked. Then they changed it took bunch stuff out now not circuit at all need go somewhere else to work out other areas it sucks really mad it not as enjoyable for someone who wants to go in and out and know what they doing. Don't fix it if nots broken.

Take women seriously!!!! The club manager at my neighborhood PF accessed my partner’s personal information from her member profile and used it to contact her privately to ask her out. This was a serious breach of privacy and made her feel unsafe. When we reported this to the company, the response was dismissive. Two members of upper management minimized the issue rather than addressing the safety and privacy concerns. The manager involved is still running that location. This situation raises serious concerns about the safety of women using this facility. Because of the lack of action, a complaint has been filed with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of BC. The individuals involved were the club manager Raj Singh at the New Westminster location, regional manager Jordan Bowman, and senior regional manager Shawn Hoover. Due to how this was handled and the distress it caused my partner, she will never return to this gym. I have also cancelled my membership. We are deeply disappointed and concerned for any woman who attends this location.

I'm thrilled to share my review of this gym! The cleanliness and spaciousness of the facility create a pleasant workout environment. The equipment is of high quality, ensuring an effective and enjoyable exercise session. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to assist. The Black Card perk of a 10-minute massage is a delightful treat, though I must admit, it does leave me wanting more! The only slight inconvenience is the evening crowd, which can lead to some wait times for equipment. However, the ample parking spaces make up for it, providing convenience to members. Despite this minor setback, I'm genuinely happy with the gym and its overall offerings. It's a great place to achieve my fitness goals, and I look forward to continuing my workouts there!

Love working out at planet fitness. They’re very respectful, machines are clean, trainer was really knowledgeable, and puts on an amazing class and they always try to help you if they can.
