Absolutely amazing gym, to start the staff are really chill and kind, rarely ever have an issue with anyone. For space there are plenty of machines to use for every muscle you can imagine with some duplicates. So if the machine you want is taken you can always use something else while you wait or see if another one is open. Very clean and comfortable environment. Would recommend and since it's 24 H on some days coming past midnight is super quiet and isolated if you'd rather be more alone!

The customer service at the front desk was not very friendly during my visit today. I came in to inquire about membership and wanted to better understand the annual fees. However, the staff member simply showed me the iPad with the different plans and did not provide much explanation. I was hoping for clearer verbal communication and more detailed information to help me make an informed decision. Overall, the interaction felt impersonal and not very helpful.

Great gym overall. The staff is always friendly and fun, which makes the atmosphere really welcoming. The location is clean and well maintained. I do wish there were more free weights, as the racks can get pretty crowded at peak times. That said, the hydro massage chairs are awesome and a great bonus after a workout.

Today I joined Planet Fitness and was helped by Kassandra at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She patiently helped me with the sign-up process and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve been to Gold’s Gym and GoodLife Fitness before, but I’ve never experienced this kind of warm and helpful service at reception. Employees like Kassandra truly make a difference and create a great first impression. Thank you, Planet Fitness, for having such amazing staff

Great price at 30 per month. Includes gyms all over canada and spa access. Including tanning bed, massage chair, hydro massage and whole body infra red light therapy.
