I have waited a month and a half to write this as I didn't want to write it out of pure anger at the time. If I could give less than one star for this review I would. This is straight up thievery at this group. My truck went in for an inspection, that was all that was authorized and this group tried installing parts on my truck. Upon review the parts were not needed, but recommended. When I asked to see the parts in question I was not allowed to go back and see my truck. After getting my truck and passing the inspection, it was recommended I go back in and have a CV axle replacement in the future. When I drove my truck out of the shop there was an immediate knock in the front and that was not there previously. At that point I rebooked my truck in to get the CV axle replaced as I was told that was the issue by this group. After getting my axle replaced, the cost was almost three times the quote. My truck was in at their shop for three business days to replace one CV axle which was supposed to take four to five hours and be done same day. Every day I called in I was informed that theit supplier was getting the wrong parts, apparently this happened 3 seperate times. When my truck was finally fixed, that is when I received the skyrocketed bill. Upon driving my truck out of that shop there is a knock in the front end that continued. I immediately was frustrated but knew that I had to address this, so I took my truck to another shop where they found other damage done on the front end. Moral of the story don't take your vehicle here if you don't want this group to create problems for your vehicle. I was absolutely disgusted by the front receptionist as she decided to scream at me in a foreign language, very foul woman. I really hope that people see this review and it makes them pause for a moment before booking into this company as hopefully it will save them a lot of frustration and money.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this business. A few months ago, they replaced my brakes using poor-quality parts. When I raised concerns about a broken rotor, they dismissed it, claiming it wouldn’t affect the braking system which is dangerously inaccurate advice. Since then, the issue has worsened significantly. In a recent visit, they suggested redoing the job. I will absolutely get the repairs done, but not with such unprofessional and dishonest people!

I called the shop on a Saturday and explained my situation. Even though he was closing for the day, Mike graciously stayed past business hours while my car got towed to the shop. Monday morning Mike let me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I had my car back that afternoon. This was hands down the most professional and seamless experience I have had and am so happy I chose this business. I was surprised how quickly the shop was able to get my car back up and running again, and it makes my life so much easier due to my reliance on my car. Mike provided consistent and clear communication throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking for a mechanic. Thank you Mike!
