I went to this salon on Jan 25, 2026 for a gel overlay on my natural nails and paid $54.34. The gel started peeling within a few days. I’ve been a customer since June 2025 and never complained before. This was my first time getting a gel overlay instead of fake gel nails. I called and went back on Feb 4. Out of 10 nails, 7 had already peeled, and they said they would only fix the peeled nails, not all of them, even though the others were lifting too. Then they said it was over 7 days and refused to fix all nails or offer any solution. I even offered to get gel nails done and pay the difference, but they refused. This was clearly poor application. I ended up removing all because I didn’t want the rest to peel. Very disappointed. They charge a lot but don’t stand behind their work. I will not return.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to book a last minute appointment the night before 🔥. And I'm so happy by the results from the amazing Lina 🥰🤩🔥. All three ladies there were friendly 💞. Highly recommend!

Ryan did a mani-pedi and while he was able to get a smooth result in the polish, the experience was awful. When I was booking online, I was looking for Blue as I had a relatively good first experience with him but he wasn't available. It's supposed to be a pampering experience that rejuvenuates your skin. At the very least, the technician should not be trying to make you feel bad. He cut me while clearing cuticle and I was bleeding.He did use something to stop the bleeding (probably a styptic stick) but when I asked about sterilizing the cut (because it was at the beginning of the pedi and the area was going to be getting wet and get all sorts of interaction, he just brushed it off and said it would be fine. The worst part was that although he did apologize, it didn't mean much because he quickly went to blaming me for having a lot of dead skin so that's why it happened (he was rushing so much he cut me, not okay and not okay to shift the blame)! He again later complained about my skin which of course is not going to make me feel good emotionally. And was questioning why I had trouble reaching my feet. He even complained about me not knowing my parent's language when I was born here and that's a common thing to happen. He was basically charging me to take him being rude to me. I didn't like the colours I chose (but was prepared to keep it all without complaining, but he asked if I liked the colours, and I did change after the mani to a different shade for the pedi so he knew that I wasn't sure) and he blamed me again a couple of times like a child for not describing what i wanted more beforehand because he could have showed me a lot more colours. I did have trouble choosing so that should have already been a reason to show me the colours and anyway, even before that, you should give the client all the ooptions or at least ask them if they want to see more if you have more. But always trying to blame me rather than taking any accountibility. He talked me into gel polish which has happened before with other techs and I never gave in, but this time I did, but had never heard that they can cause severe allergies. I was luckily fine, but later trimmed them and must have scratched an itchy spot on my calf and then got a big hot swollen spot that I wound up having to take 4 antibiotics a day for a week to deal with it (and deal with the stress of not knowing what it was and having to go to an urgent care clinic), so just a caution to not let anyone push you into gel polish without knowing the risk of allergy. I honestly did not feel any warmth from any of the staff the way I have in other places, but Blue did a really good job of treating my feet well so I know what's possible, but Ryan rushed through and cut me and scraped me instead of letting me soak, etc. I had booked the appointment ahead of time, so there should have been enough time allotted but I suspect he squeezed people in after me who walked in to book. Oh and on top of all this, I arrived and parked in front exactly on time, but he had the gall to call me before the minute was even up of my appointment to see where I was. Like he didn't even wait until 1 minute after before phoning asking where I was - I was in front of the door. So rude. This was a while ago so I sat on this review to make sure I wasn't being overly picky, but I realize that I would not wish this experience on others. If you are fine with these things, that's great. To me, not acceptable. Not a big deal, but just another indication of how different the experiences were - I think I was offered tea to drink after they got my feet in the bath the first time and Ryan was just rough and rushed and did not offer and was rude repeatedly.

Ivy did my manicure and pedicure today. She did an amazing job! The price and location are great with easy parking. Everyone at the salon was so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this salon. Will be back!

Blue is amazing. I met him last month. Very accommodating and jolly person but super attentive to details. The fact that I have allergies he really understands what I’m saying. Today, I booked him again and offered to try the cat’s eye design. I was a bit skeptic as I am always comfy with just a simple polish but then again he nailed it and I loved it. Will try other color on my next visit of course with Blue. I was blown away. Thanks Blue you are superb.
