Ram is amazing! Super friendly and professional. Changed my got water tank with Ram and could not have picked a better outfit. Went out of his way and did bunch of extra work without charging me extra. I know I will use his services again, highly recommend!!!

Our hot water tank stopped working on Saturday night so I called Pipetek Mechanical and Ram was very friendly he even went on a video call with me to try and diagnose the problem which he did. He then called me on Monday morning with some options to replace the tank and hour later he was at my house with the new tank. He got us up and running within a few hours very clean install I must say. HE was very pleasant and honest even went over and beyond to install screens on the exterior piping to block objects from coming through. Very happy with his workmanship will defiantly use his services if I needed. Highly recommend him if you are looking for honest, fair price and great workmanship for your plumbing needs.

Ram is an excellent plumber, does excellent work with reasonable price. He really cares about his customers and tries to help you as much as he can. I was so grateful to him for telling me all the disadvantages of the first water softener I purchased, without charging me anything and even helped me to move the heavy thing out of basement! Otherwise, I don't know how many headaches I will have. After I got my favourite type of water filter/softener shipped, I certainly asked him to come over for the installation. He worked in the basement for more than 4 hours and did very quality work on every detail. He also cordially shared with me some very important information about plumbing/construction/etc. I strongly recommend Ram. It's the right choice, right person, and right price.
