I have been coming to PinPoint for over 2 years now and really happy with care I have received during my pregnancy as well as postpartum. I experienced a lot of muscle pain during my pregnancy; Jack (RMT) really helped relieve my pain immediately. Since then, I continued to receive care after my delivery and the massage therapy has been really helpful in my overall recovery. PinPoint clinic is a bit far from my home but absolutely worth the drive. I highly recommend Jack for massage therapy, especially during pregnancy. My experience at Pinpoint has been nothing but positive!!!

PinPoint is as good as its name. Jen and the staff have the experience and knowledge to pinpoint the cause or causes of your complaints and explain why the are occuring. This team then, through massage, physio, and home exercise helps you manage, and hopefully overcome, your particular ailment or concern. The service is delivered in a straight forward and professional manner in a well equipped environment. I have no hesitation recommending PinPoint to friends and family.

I was here for an acupuncture appointment with Annie. She is very good and really helped relieve my back and shoulder pains. The receptionist is also very nice and friendly. There is validated parking across the street in visitor lot 3. Just take your ticket into the clinic to get it validated.

Amazing experience overall! The staff were incredible so welcoming, supportive, and full of positive energy. You can really tell they care about both the co-op students and the patients (I was both). Such a positive environment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
