I had Poonam do my nails. She done amazing job. I loved her work, she took her time and always asked if I like everything and if anything needs to be fixed every step. She is very good at her work. I can’t wait to have next appointment booked with her again.

Took my daughter for her first manicure and pedicure hoping for a fun experience but was very disappointed. I booked in person so should have asked more detail about what was included - the gel manicure and pedicure is very basic, no hand soak, no scrub, no callus removal. Nails only. The major issues was that I asked for my daughter to get gel polish, which seemed to be a major problem. I wasn't aware I had booked regular polish only. They were able to accomodate this after much discussion which I am grateful for, but for $210 I felt like a burden and felt rushed. I will book elsewhere next time. I think I was expecting more of a spa experience, which they are not. Good for quick nails only.

I booked what was supposed to be a 50-minute service, but it turned into an exhausting 2 hour ordeal. The nail technician I was assigned, Poonam, did not seem confident or skilled. Instead of properly using nippers, she kept going over the same areas with the electric drill, leaving my nails and skin far from clean. Cuticles jagged, nails were not even straight. Despite me pointing this out multiple times, she kept insisting she had “done everything,” which was clearly far from that, and she even assured me the dry skin on the nails will be removed from her “massage”. By that point, I was anxious, on the verge of tears, and repeatedly asked her to stop. I even flagged down the front desk for help, but their solution was to suggest I “let her fix it.” Fix it? After 1.5 hours and with me needing to leave for a wedding, that was not an option. Another tech finally stepped in to try to clean up the mess, but Poonam still applied polish and the application was sloppy at best. Honestly, my boyfriend could have painted my nails better. To make matters worse, she applied the wrong color after I clearly requested a specific shade, then argued it was correct. At that point, I told her to stop, I would just pay for the incomplete, half-done pedicure without polish. Thankfully, another technician saw what was happening and came over and completely redid the service from scratch, which tells you how bad the first attempt was. This was one of the most stressful, unprofessional salon experiences I’ve ever had. Instead of leaving relaxed and ready for an event, I left drained and upset. If not for the kindness and skill of the second technician, I would have walked out with botched nails before a wedding. I think the salon is great, I just had not so great luck being assigned to a “starter” nail tech. Everyone was ready to help out. And the ladies were lovely. But even then, I don’t think I will be coming back. UPDATE: I was charged FULL PRICE and was told my “discount” was because I unknowingly got a junior tech, which was not disclosed prior to the service (I would not have picked that prior to an event) The manager even said, “everyone starts somewhere,” but the service I was provided was nowhere worth that, let alone the time and frustration that came free with the service. Spoke with the manager and was also told she will check with the “BOSS” and never heard back. They clearly don’t take customer care well here. What a shame. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
