I’ve been coming to Pink Pearl for over a year now, Cyrena helped my lashes get healthy and still get fills with zero damage. I have a really busy work schedule and she always finds time to get me in and never disappoints. Every fill is SLAY!!!! She has so much knowledge and experience in the beauty industry. I truly love my lash appointments with Cyrena it’s a great atmosphere, so relaxing and not to mention she’s a great listener and makes you feel so comfortable. ☺️ HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I’ve been super busy with work, finally had days off to get my eyelashes done. Woke up early to be there for my 9am appt, the tech shows up late, then she couldn’t find her keys, then it was just an “oh well” kind of moment & asked if I could reschedule tomorrow with someone else, huh?! I passed but just wanted to say how unprofessional and very disappointing this was. I could have made an appointment with another business with the very little time I had to spare. Wasted time, wasted gas to drive across the city just to be let down. Stuff happens, I get it, but it was a cascade of issues. So much for wanting to try a new place, the search continues!
