I’ve been seeing Troy for years now and can confidently say he’s the best physio!! Not only is he super knowledgeable, he’s also very kind and caring. He always listens to my concerns without judgement. Appointments truly feel like collaborative effort and I always leave feeling confident in the treatment plan! My husband and I travel in from Vancouver just for appointments with Troy. Highly recommend!

I had my first ever physio appointment here at PhysioClarity and it was a great experience. Troy made me feel comfortable right away and we talked through exactly what was going on. Everything was communicated clearly and he checked in multiple times to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay throughout the appointment. I felt so much better after just one session! Troy clearly knows what he is doing and genuinely cares about helping his patients feel better. I was given follow up exercises through an easy to use app, which made everything simple to keep up with after the appointment. Troy also checked in afterwards to see how I was doing, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself is in a cute, welcoming location and doesn't feel intimidating at all. It is decorated beautifully and the bathroom wallpaper is hilarious! I booked another appointment before I left and I would definitely recommend others check it out. You will not regret it!

Troy is a GREAT physio who I have had consistently positive experiences with. He is very knowledgeable and constantly looking to understand the “why” behind the issues I’m experiencing. I’ve seen many different physiotherapists over the years, and Troy was the first one to help me understand my hypermobility and how that impacted my body. Troy is also a very positive, reassuring, and genuinely caring individual, which makes him a great person to put your trust into. Highly recommend!

Troy is an excellent physio, cannot recommend him more! He takes the time to understand the bigger picture and figure out what is important to you. He has a lot of experience and makes sure you understand what is going on and what can expect from treatment. You’re in great hands with him!
