My RMT recommended this clinic PHYSIO4CARE iin Metrotown . The owner/physiotherapist Harjinder was a game changer in my life. She is very caring and combines Chinese and Western//Indian hands on therapy.. She doesn't leave you with machines and move on to the next patient. She uses the appropriate tools to relieve pain and address your issues. I'm so relieved from the intense neck and back pain . Exercises are given and she asks you to repeat at the next appointment to ensure you are doing them. Been to many clinics but I'm very impressed with their care and a very clean clinic ..lots of variety of gym equipment . If you are looking ...visit this clinic.!! Highly recommend👍💯

I had a wonderful experience at Physio4care Clinic for both physiotherapy and acupuncture. Dr. Harjinder is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients. She took the time to properly assess my condition, explain the treatment plan clearly, and answer all my questions patiently. Her approach is very thorough and effective, and I noticed real improvement in my pain and mobility after just a few sessions. Lin, who provided my acupuncture treatment, was equally amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the sessions. Her gentle and precise technique really helped reduce my pain and tension. I felt significant relief and overall improvement after the treatments. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making every visit a pleasant experience. I was recommended to visit Physio4care by my physician after a shoulder injury due to which pain was persistent for several months. Harjinder reviewed my reports and thoroughly explained the rehab plan. My injury was healed in 3 months after carefully following the exercises and the care advised by her. Harjinder is a very experienced and caring physiotherapist. She diagnosed my issue very quickly and explained everything thoroughly. My pain is gone and for the first time my flexibility has improved a lot. I am satisfied with the treatment in my lower back and shoulder problem. Would recommend!!
