Ivan Wong is an amazing physiotherapist. He treated me and did a great job, I was referred to him by a friend which I’m thankful for. He’s very patient, kind, and really knows what he’s doing. He always takes the time to explain everything he’s doing and why, which I really appreciated. He makes you feel comfortable and never rushed, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I’d definitely recommend Ivan to anyone looking for a great physio.

I HIGHLY recommend Physio Pros to everyone! I especially recommend Ivan, the physiotherapist. I broke my ankle and had surgery in Feb 2025, and started physio with Ivan in March. I was able to start walking and in less than a month after starting physio! Ivan has an outstanding amount of knowledge on sports and rehab physiotherapy. Not to only that, he is very patient and always has a smile on his face!! Check out Physio Pros and you will be on the fastest route to recovery with the Pros!!

I had an outstanding experience with Ivan Wong. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Ivan takes the time to thoroughly assess what’s going on rather than rushing through appointments. He also explains everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way and makes sure you know why you’re doing each exercise, not just how to do it. I used to see Ivan at a different clinic that was was closer to my house, and tried to see other physiotherapists when he moved, but decided it was worth the drive to continue with him. Ivan created a personalized treatment plan that was both practical, effective, and manageable with my busy schedule. Beyond just treating the injury, he focuses on education, prevention, and long-term recovery, which made me feel empowered to manage my condition on my own. His approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and genuinely caring. I can’t recommend Ivan enough to support you on your recovery journey!

Physio Pros is hands down one of the best clinics I’ve been to. I’ve tried some of the other big clinics in Oakville, and honestly, they made me feel like just a number on an assembly line. At Physio Pros, it’s the complete opposite, it truly feels like a community, they are warm and friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about your recovery. Huge shout-out to Paul, who runs an amazing place. Everyone is professional, and incredibly well organized (Julie!!), and that culture clearly comes from the top. Ivan fixed my shoulder pain that I’d been dealing with for a long time. He listened carefully, and tailored the treatment to exactly what I needed. The results were real and long-lasting. And Talia is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She worked on my jaw pain and super tight muscles with incredible skill. I felt immediate relief, and the difference after just one session was noticeable. She has amazing pressure and knows where the pain is triggered from. If you want real care, results, and a team that treats you like a person (not a number) I can’t recommend Physio Pros enough!!
