Onkar is an amazing sports physio. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Pinpointed the issue right away and even took the time to demonstrate the changes I should make in the weight room. That level of attention made a huge difference compared to others I’ve seen. Onkar is Magic!! Highly recommend him! I went in there with extreme pain in my back, he investigated.. told me every single thing he's doing, made me extremely comfortable, was very kind, patient and just one treatment got me soooo much relief. My pain went down 60-70% in just one treatment. Wow, he does magic!! If you're looking for a physio, Onkar is the best and super knowledgeable! He tried multiple techniques and checked in with me everytime. He knows his stuff! Additionally, the facility is super clean new and has an amazing gym which is always nice.

My shoulder injury was painful and difficult but under Onkar’s professional guidance I am able to have my normal healthier life back. The treatment was one on one with progressive exercises that made me feel stronger in few months. My Dr told me there was nothing I could do about my shoulder pain so I was very skeptical about physio & regrettably I put it off for months. But after just one visit with Onkar I feel so much better - physically & mentally! He was so welcoming & professional & he really listened to me. He had a wealth of knowledge & a multi-pronged approach & he got my shoulder moving for the first time in what feels like ages. I am beyond relieved & grateful! I have been going for physio for my knees and have noticed a immense improvement in my mobility not only with my knees but overall body as well. Onkar is very knowledgeable and skilled at his profession! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!
