This was my first time seeing a physiotherapist, and Trina's approach was completely unexpected—in the best way. Her work felt intuitive and almost like energy work within the body, and it was incredibly effective. She’s a kind, lovely person who is easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. Trina and her team are fantastic. After months of pain from a badly sprained ankle, my doctor told me I needed physio. On my first appointment with Trina, she told me she thought it could be back to normal after 4 sessions. 3 appointments later, the pain was completely gone. The exercises she provided to continue at home were easy to integrate into my routine and had significant results. I love that Trina takes a holistic approach, working with me on my posture. The whole team is so friendly and professional, plus it was all covered by my insurance. Highly highly recommend this clinic!

Trina treated me for several months when I was rehabilitating a broken leg. Her total confidence and well-tuned encouragement sped my recovery and left me with better posture, alignment and body awareness than before the injury. Trina and her team are amazing. They take the time to assess you and provide the right care. Trina and her team were able to reduce the pain and inflammation in my shoulder and I regained movement back. I continue to the exercises and my shoulder continues to improve. Trina is INCREDIBLE! I booked in six days after my knee replacement surgery, when I was in a lot of pain and very stressed about the outcome, and within a few minutes she had me standing up upright and standing up on my toes. Over the course of the following few months, she was amazing at showing me exactly what I could do at each phase of my healing, and my recovery ended up going much faster than average, and I'm sure it's thanks to her. She really pushes you to exactly the right limit and targets precisely what is needed. I'll forever be grateful for the phenomenal care she provided and still does when i go in for tune-ups!
