I honestly only came in to get my passport photos done, but the woman at the counter mentioned the Ultimate Passport Bundle and explained everything that came with it. As a mom, I’m always trying to get the most value out of things, so I figured I’d give it a try. The passport photos were super quick and easy, which was great because my kids were with me. They made sure everything looked right and I left with both the printed photos and a digital copy ready to submit. A few weeks later we used the studio session for updated photos of the kids. It was perfect because it was 15 min (which is about the limit of my kids’ attention span anyway), and we ended up with two photos that I absolutely love. Then we used the park session later in the year and turned it into a little family outing. The kids ran around, the photos felt really natural, and the pictures turned out beautiful. Looking back, I can’t believe how much we got out of it. I went in for passport photos and ended up with passport pictures plus two different photo sessions for our family. If I had booked those separately, it would have cost so much more. As a busy mom, I loved that it was simple, quick, and actually a really great deal. I’ve already told a couple of my friends about it.

We were told to go to Walmart to get passport photos but please go inside the Walmart to their official photo centre, this place outside is insane, $120 for 3 sets of passport photos, should have asked before agreeing to the photo. They 'gave' us a 'free' studio and on location session but we had not agreed to a bundle at all and frankly am highly suspicious of the experience I'd have if I tried to use them. Frankly I blame the walmart itself their employees pointed us to their rather than their own photo centre and I have to wonder what kick back deal they've cut to do so.

We had photos taken here by Claudia, she was an amazing photographer!! She did great with my child. She used lots of props and answered all my questions!! Highly recommend :) photos turned out fantastic!

I'd leave a zero if I could. We had an appointment booked for weeks for family photos at 11am today. We even received reminder emails yesterday night and this morning about it appointment. When we arrived, no one was there and they're not even open. Called the number and it's just to the empty store front. Emailed them and no response. Shopped for a bit and left around noon and the place was still not open. Unprofessional and a joke.

Do not recommend. Quick service but overpriced, unprofessional, and bad quality. Paid $50 for blurry passport photos plus up-charge to pay with credit card that I was not told about. I was not able to preview the photos before printing and was not given the option for retakes. There was also two religious pamphlets in my photo envelope that I was unaware of until I opened it at home.
