Getting scolded for expecting basic customer service is unacceptable. I paid $40 for a simple picture and instead was met with an unprofessional emotional outburst. I am there for a straightforward transaction, not to manage someone’s behavior. I strongly suggest the owner review the security camera footage. Thanks

Very disappointing and unprofessional service. We went to Photo Unlimited to get PR card photos for myself and my husband. The staff did not respond properly to our questions and told us the photos would be sent within 10 minutes, but we never received them. Because of this delay, my PR application was submitted late. When I called later, I was told the system showed the photos had already been sent, which was not true. Another staff member finally sent the photos, but they did not follow IRCC PR photo requirements. The back of the photo with the name, date, and studio details was also not provided, which is mandatory. Today, I tried calling the store repeatedly for over 15 minutes, and no one answered. Due to poor communication, incorrect information, and failure to meet PR photo standards, this caused unnecessary stress during an important immigration process. I would not recommend this place for immigration or PR photos.

It’s unfortunate I have to leave a 1 star as I’ve tried to reach the store multiple times to discuss our experience but have received no response. We paid for a digital PR photo shoot and never received the digital copy. Initially they responded to my email saying it was sent and that they would re-send in case there was an error. I appreciated this. However, I still didn’t receive the copy. When I emailed back again, I received no response. I phoned the next day and no response. I emailed their customer care email and again, no response. On top of this, the physical copies we got on the day of the shoot had visible flash reflections - something IRCC will likely refuse. Now very frustrated, we ended up going to Shoppers Drug Mart where they did a very thorough shot to make sure no reflections showed up and we had the digital copy in hand at checkout. In summary: paid for a digital photo, didn’t receive digital photo, have been ignored, and got a better photo from a drug store. I hope to hear from someone. Maybe this will get their attention.

Rejected pictures When I need Canadian Passport pictures for my whole family ( 3 members) I went to Walmart pictures studio. Drive 30 minutes from Devon to Leduc ( because I use to go there and it nearby me) . That was 27 July 2025 Sunday because we had appointment ( 30 July 2025 ) with Canada Service office to submit our file to get Canadian passport ( no other holiday to do this working). Then there was a lady name Justina who did our pictures. When she printed final pictures it’s looked like so dark and ugly, wrong background . She tried 2nd time but still we were not satisfied. Then she said it will be accepted or otherwise you will come back tomorrow then her manager will be there to do it better way or if doesn’t accepted by passport office they will refund money. Very unprofessional ??? We paid 130$ ( 45$ per picture). No time to argument with that lady because still we need to get ready other paper work. 😰 Finally Canada service REJECTED our pictures 🤯 Then we redid pictures again from some where else. ( did again Granter sign backside pics ,suffer whole day with hot weather and kid, but paid less ).,..,,, Finally when I went back for my money refund then other Indian girl ( so called Manager) said first thing my system is down and I can return back only 100$ on card rest I refund cash …,, make no sense to me but I want my money back, wasted almost 25 minutes there to just refund …. Finally wait almost 2 or 3 days to got money back in my account. Last that girl offered me free photos shoot for future what I never do … Do u guys do it ( as a customer) ???? Not recommend to anyone waste money and time.

Went in for baby passport photo. $57 for Canadian passport digital and print. Indian photographer was patient and helpful. He gave us space to let the baby calm and try again a few mins after. Thanks for the professional and quality service.
