Friendly service, patient with my questions, and accommodated to my schedule since my work schedule makes it difficult to pickup during weekday evenings. My dress jacket and pants look great, and my mattress comforter is nice and poofy (and sealed in a bag for my convenience too). And they kept their rates competitive and reasonable based on what you're expecting them to clean. It really does remind me of the friendly service I had back when it was Liberty Cleaners. Thank you Phoenix Totem Cleaners and keep up the great work.
