Great place for cuts & color, Stylist “Chow” is amazing with hair, he uses great products for color that will not damage or break your hair. My hair has been so much healthier since going to Phenomenal.Highly recommended as one of the best.

I love this salon! I come to get the Japanese hair straightening and it’s done perfectly and wonderfully by Holly every time. The only place and owners I trust with my hair. They transform it and make it so healthy again!

BAD HAIR CUT PHOTOS!! HACK JOB ALERT!!! 🤢✂️ ZERO STARS!!! WORLD’S WORST HAIR CHOP! IT’S A “CHOP SHOP” !!! 🤕 How “Horrifying” this whole experience is! Warning! Stay away from this Hair Salon!—They will RUIN YOUR HAIR! 💇‍♀️ This was the worst hack job that I have ever witnessed! The owner ‘Chau’ BUTCHERED my wife’s hair! Our whole family was absolutely Appalled & Horrified when they all saw us both on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day & Boxing Day for our family dinners. Her family asked “WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO YOUR BEAUTIFUL HAIR!” My wife's 74 year old mother came out from the hospital to ask for our money back & to let him know she belonged to The Hairdresser's Association for 30 years & has a great deal of knowledge. She explained to him that she was unable to trim my wife's (her daughters) hair because she has been in the hospital since November. She asked him if he had a license & he pointed to his business license on the wall. 'Chau' is not a licensed hairdresser, just so everyone knows. Both him & his wife 'Holly' refused to refund our money. My wife asked “Chau” while I was sitting beside her in the salon chair for a 1 inch ‘TRIM’ not for 8 inch ‘CHUNKS’. I had to ask him to stop but it was too late, my wife’s hair was Gone! Chau the salon owner had already destroyed my wife’s beautiful long hair. I had my japanese permanent hair straightening yesterday at phenomenal hair design. They did fantastic job. I love my hair shiny and silky. Highly recommend. I went to a phenomena hair salon again after a year for permanent hair straightening. Again she did an awesome job. Very happy from their service.

This salon is phenomenal so they sure chose the perfect name to describe there work ethic and professional standards not to mention their quality of work and cleanliness. I would also like to comment on the comment below from a lady named Sofia Princesa. I was present when this situation occurred. I was appalled to see the way this young lady was behaving them moment she entered the salon. She was extremely rude when asking for her service the owner continued to speak to her with great empathy and consideration. I watched her as she was telling him what she wanted done and he actually cut a bit less than what Sofia had requested. She looked at the floor and said where is all of my hair he cut an inch and a half and she spoke to him with a rude tone and the owner still continued to speak to her with respect and also he was far from rough he was as gentle as one could possibly be. I witnessed this incident so therefore the comment below is a false statement. Despite all that I will never go to another establishment to get my hair done. They go above and beyond to give you the best service. There are not enough stars to rate Phenomena Hair Design. Thx for the wonderful cut and highlights my hair feels great and I receive compliments daily about how natural and healthy my hair appears.
