I recently used Phantom Detailing while my vehicle was in for servicing. They went above and beyond - took care of scheduling and coordinating appointment with dealership. They were very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond - will absolutely be using their service again & would happily recommend!

I am a dog walker and had to use my personal vehicle for work. As you can imagine the inside of my vehicle was dirty, hairy and smelt… well like dog! When I picked it up it looked BRAND new!! You wouldn’t even known I had anywhere from 2-4 dogs in there everyday (wet and stinky dogs). Worth every penny!

There is not a better compsny that I know of around that will treat you well do fantastic work. Never had to compain about anything to them and I have a fleet of 15 vans in the Nanaimo area. They even looked after my 36 ft motorhome and when they were finished it looked so great that i didn't want to sell it.

I chose Eco Wash as I had read great reviews on their detailing service and was looking for a new company for this. As a REALTOR, it is important for my vehicle to be maintained. Eco Wash did an amazing job! They are very detailed orientated and I was impressed with the service from beginning to end. There were several scratches in the paint that they were able to get out and the interior looks brand new again. I have a husky cross and the back was covered in dog hair. Not one to be found after! I was even more blown away by the Adams, the owner/manager's response to a concern I had. It was rectified with no issues and was very accommodating. He genuinely is committed to customer service and satisfaction. I will 100% be using Eco Wash in the future and will recommend them to all my colleagues and friends.
