So appreciative of Rob coming right before Christmas to fix our damaged hot water tank vent on the roof which entailed some detailed work in the roof rafters to re-route the pipe and coordinate the repair job with a roofing company. Rob kept us laughing with his jokes and stories the whole time while orchestrating an apparently beautiful piece of work. We would definitely call on him in future and feel very comfortable recommending him.

I meant to do this a while ago! Rob has helped me out of a couple of times now and squeezed me in short notice when our hot water tank blew and when our tub drain in our downstairs suite started leaking. He’s always really good about explaining the scope of the work and gives u a heads up what worst case scenario could be. Reasonable pricing, dependable work, bends over backwards to squeeze u in and always a pleasure to chat with on the phone, 5 stars 🤘

Rob answered my email after hours and came over the very next day to look at my mysterious water damage. He did a full investigation and was able to determine the issue AND fix it, same visit but he came back the next day as well to make sure the fix had stuck. Great service, friendly guy.

I had some work done on my rental property in Cumberland, Rob did a fantastic job. Came out quickly to look at the problem. Then took the time to walk through different repair options with me. Trustworthy guy and was a pleasure to work with since I couldn't be there in person. Will be calling him again.

Rob lives up to the name! Can’t thank him enough for persevering through an emergency call that came in late for my mother who lives in Union Bay. Handling a water meter repair after sunset until it was completed. Rob was courteous over the phone, gave a great rate, and made sure the job was completed well.
