I've been seeing Chris monthly for needling on my back and shoulders, and its made a huge difference. It really helps keeps me loose and moving well. Chris is professional, knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable during the treatment. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for a year and a half; for kinesiology and physio related to my ICBC claim. The office staff are phenomenal! I'm greeted with a warm smile and "hello" every single time. They have an infectious sense of humor and are always up for some waiting room banter. I attend physio sessions with Trevor; he is very attentive and listens to what my needs are. He is always up for trying different approaches and gives clear and concise feedback on whether he thinks something would be beneficial or not. Lauren in kinesiology is very insightful and empathetic. She finds a way to flawlessly integrate strengthening exercises into your daily life...even if you're stubborn, like me! She has a very thorough knowledge of the human body and goes above and beyond to explain, not only the exercise; but the reasoning and muscle groups behind the exercise.

I would highly recommend visiting Penticton Physiotherapy & IMS Clinic! The staff have always been wonderful, kind, and welcoming. I have been seeing Lauren and Alex for a neck and shoulder injury, and their outstanding professional expertise has significantly improved my symptoms. With my hand gestures, sound effects and obscure (sometimes made up) words in attempt to describe how/where/when the pain occurs, they still know what I mean and how to adjust the treatment / exercise plans accordingly. They always make every effort to ensure my comfort and healing progress, and my understanding of body mechanics, and treatment / exercise plans. Bonus is when my buddy Monty (the office pup) is in! I appreciate you for all that you do!

I cannot say enough great things about this clinic and the incredible team here. I've been seeing Chris for carpal tunnel syndrome and De Quervain's tenosynovitis for over a year now. I've had IMS needling done by other physiotherapists in the past, but nothing compares to the treatments I've had with Chris. He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what the needling is targeting. Getting needled in the hand definitely isn't the most pleasant feeling, but with his amazing and comforting nature, he makes it so much easier! I wouldn't have kept getting needled in the hand if it didn't consistently bring me relief. I've also been seeing Sofy for TMJ after noticing I was clenching my teeth a lot, and I noticed a huge difference after just the first session. She is truly the TMJ guru! I wouldn't think twice about recommending this clinic for anything. From the moment you walk in the door, the experience has been nothing but amazing. Alexis and Randi at the front desk have always been so good to me and always make me feel welcome. Thank you all for such exceptional care! :)

I first saw Chris Stokes in June to help prepare for my August knee replacement. Post surgery he had another round of exercises that we worked in gradually as my healing progressed. While he stresses the importance of consistency with what he assigns, he is most encouraging and has always been able to allay any concerns Ive had. Always prompt, always professional. And the clinic staff are very cheerful and helpful as well.
