Paid a deposit and was charged extra. The staff didn't give a proper receipt. Shrunen laundry including hoodies, shirts, pants and burn holes in garments. Bras and underwear ruined. Deposit wasn't returned.

We've had to use a laundromat due to our washer breaking at Penticton Bosley's. They accidentally overcharged us, realized they had made a mistake and brought the correct change back to the store the following day. Honesty and transparency goes a long way in any business. :) would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to decide on one in Pen. -Bosley's Team
