Expect the best!!! I am so pleased that I went with Penticton Auto. Their customer service was second to none! I felt the owner sympathized with my situation and the unfortunate bad luck with my Honda. Brittany went above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road. Her kindness extended what I felt was beyond what other shop owners provide. I highly recommend the team at Penticton Auto.

*Definitly not a performance shop of anykind* *Very Dismissive* I Took my 1972 K10 project to Britney and her then Husband Cal. Britney and Cal came recomended to me. I was told by Britney to have the truck there for the 4th of january 23. It was not brought in untill over a month later Febuary 6th 2023. Then when it was needed in the shop she charge me an aditional $150 to have a tow truck move it inside from their parking lot. This was after i payed to have it towed there in the first place. The project was in to have a bunch of electrical and basic break, suspention and steering repairs and upgrages including instaling and wireing a brand new painless wireing harness aswell as install and wire a vintage air ac system which was bolt in except for the lines which they were un able to sove and i myself figured out and had made at the autodoctor in kelowna. The truck was a "Project" I was initial quoted 35 hours to wire in a full set of gauges, turn signals, and an ac system, all parts I provided. In the end the wiring bill came in it was $19887.81. That was just to have the above electrical done. The mechanical side of things came out to $13k while the majority of parts being supplyed by me and bolt on. They supplied starter ac compressor front and rear brakes and ujoints throught ect. I would describe the technicians there at the time my truck was being worked on by them as disgruntled and generaly lacked the motivation to work productively. The tech seemed more interested in his toolbox then my truck. I know there was a bunch of infighting between Cal and Britney and most definitly spilled on over onto the tech that was working on my truck. Aswell as me. I tryed many times to rectify the situation at the time which enevitabley led me to yanking the truck out of the shop before it was completed due to Penticton diesel dragging it out for months. After their work should have been complted. She will say it was cause they were waiting on parts. Only thing they waited on was the AC lines as that was a dificulty i had to overcome. They got their money and I got a basket case. Hinde sight is 20 20 and i knew when she took that month to get it in I should have found another shop. Fast forward to febuary 2025 and i had it back in for a long standing issue of going through starters, payed another $650 to have them ad a start cuircuit relay insted of fixing the wiring I payed them to install in the first place. My issue is they could not produce what she told me she could do. Embaresed i let Britney take me on that ride but lesson learned Hardway. I was also never fond of how she talked or delt with me. Was also kinda conspicuous that they got two brand new 2 post lifts while my truck was drug in and out of the shop over the next 6 months. All in all I could not recomend this shop to anyone with clean conscience.

So happy with their work. Brittany is awesome, lets you know everything upfront with no surprises. Even though I have an older vehicle they treated it like a first class auto...super clean and professional work. The price was great too. Just super happy with everything. Thanks for getting my Jeep back on the road for more Penticton summer fun👍🏻
