We did not have a good experience with Penfolds and suggest that there more client-oriented organizations who pride themselves in quality roofing service. Based on my experience Penfolds does not. After replacing our roof, we immediately had numerous leaks and the teams returned more than 3 times to fix issues raised. There was debris and garbage left on the driveway (including nails). On this last visit, the crew decided to leave his socks on our front porch! Highly do NOT recommend for replacement of your roof.

We had Penfolds Roofing & Solar install a solar panel system on our roof. We’ve had it for almost a year now and are very pleased with the results. It has greatly reduced our hydro bill. Multiple months of zero owing to Hydro. Penffolds helped us every step of the way. They were quick and very efficient. Super nice to work with. We would highly recommend them!

Luke and the Penfolds team has been amazing. They were patient with our requests and concerns. They presented options and were flexible with our situation (very busy work and family life). Quality of work and product is amazing. To me trust is everything since it can be a very large expense to care for. It was great to have someone you can trust and the team that backs it with knowledge and quality products with options. I would highly recommend them and look forward to other work they do for us.

The job was not a big one, garage roof replacement, and some vent fixes on the house flat roof. Once quote request was put in, prompt response and contact. Went over the options clearly listing benefits and drawbacks of each. No pressure, made it easy to make the right choice. The job was done quickly, pictures of roof after great to get. Same with flat roof team, in contact quick went over things, got job done quick with follow up photos. Very happy with the service and the people I dealt with. I would highly recommend Penfolds, and should I need any roof work in future I will be a returning customer.

The email response time was always fast, the service was personalized and the finished product functions perfectly. We’ve been generating electricity for over half a year and our bill is basically $0 most months with excess being applied to our winter bills
