We’re about 6 months after install of our new Ecoroof. We replaced an old cedar roof and I’m thrilled with the results. We wanted to keep the cedar “look” and styling, but with something more robust and easy to clean. 10/10 results. Coming to an end of the first winter with it and it has relieved so much stress. The old cedar roof took me days of back breaking labour to clean (we have two massive trees that drop debris onto our roof), while this roof sheds debris so easily. 3 days is now down to a quick 20 min job with a leaf blower. The roof looks fantastic and many neighbours have commented on how good it looks! Penfolds was very easy to deal with - good communication, punctual, hardworking crew, and a good clean-up. I’d happily recommend them and use them again. They made what is a stressful purchase into a smooth process.

We usually only sit down to write a review when something goes wrong… but this experience was the complete opposite. It was genuinely one of the best interactions we’ve ever had with any contractor! From day one, the Penfolds team walked us through exactly what to expect, answered every question, and gave us total confidence in the process. They stuck to their timelines, honoured their quote, and went above and beyond in terms of communication. They even took the time to chat with me while I was being a bit nosy and curious about the work, which I really appreciated. Our entire roof was replaced with a new metal roof, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The workmanship, the professionalism, and the level of customer service were exceptional. It's been 18 months since Penfolds replaced my roof in Spring 2023. The roof still looks good and does what it's supposed to do, trouble free. Big shout out to Jason and the Team of Rodrick. Great experience when work with them, very professional and easy to communicate, get the job done on time and very hardworking people. Will not hesitate to choose them again next time. I am very happy with the new roof on our house and shed plus the skylights! Everything looks great! Foreman Jessie and his crew Remy and Milan did an excellent job and super efficient! They were hard working, organized, kept things neat and tidy and did a terrific final clean up. Thank you Technical Advisor Sean and Project Coordinator Thomas for making this project go smoothly with open communication and progressing in a timely manner plus sending an excellent crew. I have a good peace of mind knowing we have a good quality and professionally done roof over my head. I would highly recommend Penfolds! Thanks so much!
