Being in tune with your body is critical for staying active as we age. A key component of stay physically and mentally healthy is finding the right people to surround yourself with. I am blessed to have found Angela as my Physical Therapist. Her customized approach to finding the root cause that disrupt the regular functions of the body is what sets her apart. The wealth of knowledge she possesses helps me to feel assured that her treatments and recommendations are carefully thought through and specific for my recover. I highly recommend Angela as a person to have in your corner if you are looking to continue on as a high performance athlete or individual. Not many better.

Angela is hands down my favorite physio! She is sooo great at getting to the root of the issue and has helped me with more aches, pains and injuries than I can even remember.

Highly recommended!!!! Not only did Angela educate me and help me with the correct pessary, she helped me understand a difference between pelvic floor physiotherapy/ rehabilitation and allowing a contraption to help me heal BEFORE going hard on physiotherapy. After having 3 babies, and suffering with nerve/other common issues after vaginal births, I am very grateful for Angela and her practice. She is very empathetic, driven and her work shows it. Through and through, very please client!
