My husband and I love paws on fraser. We really feel like they take the time to explain and answer all of our questions. Frodo is usually scared to go to the vet but I know he is in good and patient hands

Clean, straightforward, and efficient clinic! I trust my kitty cat in their hands on her health and staff is always nice☺️Usually really calm and never had to wait for appointments, so it is as less stressful as a vet trip can be for my anxious kitty which is really appreciated. They also were super helpful with over the phone questions about care as I never had a long haired cat before. Really convenient location is a big bonus for me and is located next to a big pet supply shop. My cat soba below :)

This clinic is fabulous! The staff are wonderful; caring, compassionate and willing to take the time needed to ensure that your pet is comfortable. They always communicate procedures and interventions very well. They have always explained what is essential and what can wait. My dog actually gets excited when we walk in the door and happily jumps up on the scale or into the exam room because he knows that he gets lots of love (and treats).

I had such a great experience at Paws on Fraser today with my cat, Yuki! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Cheryl Kong was absolutely wonderful - warm, knowledgeable, and calm. She took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed us, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and reassuring. I really appreciate the care and attention she gave, and I’m so happy we chose this clinic. Highly recommend!
