Paul Davis restoration has help my parents with a mess they had due to a sewer back up. We live out in a small town name carmagay Alberta. Mark was very helpful with the process with cleaning of sewer back up and insurance company. Always kept us informed, his crew was very polite and efficient.

My day was going terribly, and my stress levels were through the roof. Talking with Mark was calming. He is patient and a good listener. He's good at explaining things too. My restoration need is not typically what Paul Davis does, but there was no hesitation to try to find a way, and he efficiently coordinated a solution to my stressful problem. Relief!! I don’t often write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Paul Davis. Over Thanksgiving weekend, my three story building flooded, affecting two commercial floors and one residential floor. I was overwhelmed and unsure how to manage the situation. Within just a few hours of contacting Paul Davis, a crew arrived, despite the property being more than an hour and a half away. From the outset, Mark took charge of the process. Although new to the role, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was thoroughly documented. The following days involved multiple visits, mitigation, and cleanup. Being outside a major city, I anticipated challenges in finding contractors for repairs. However, Mark and Mike coordinated a team that handled nearly every aspect of the restoration. With the additional support of Lawrence and his crew, the building was fully repaired and ready to reopen within a month. The professionalism, dedication, and efficiency of the Paul Davis team exceeded my expectations. Having dealt with insurance companies in the past, I know how difficult these situations can be, but this experience was remarkably smooth and successful. Not all heroes wear capes, but the Paul Davis team certainly should. From start to finish, my project was managed with care, timeliness, and expertise. I am truly grateful for their efforts and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you to everyone who helped me through such a stressful time. I could not be happier with the outcome.

I am very happy we chose to book Paul Davis Restoration. I had a small leak in my ceiling. Mark and Brian were booked in quickly, located the problem, and gave me advice for the best HVAC company to fix the issue, as well as how to cover the small water stain on the ceiling easily myself, thus saving me money. I absolutely recommend them.

Clayton, Richard and their team were amazing during the entire process of my commercial ceiling demolition and rebuild. They were always easy to communicate with, and were thorough in all that they did. Even during the estimation of price leading up to the Reno, they explained everything ahead of time, and had all the details reiterated in paper so I knew what to expect. They were efficient, organized and professional, and I could trust it was done properly at the highest of standards. Photos are in order of the beautiful After with new fire coded ceiling drywall (and all new insulation under that) to the Before photos when there were water damaged suspended tiles covering old water damaged drywall with lighting and electrical also hidden underneath the tiles. All water damaged items were replaced and dealt with properly in first couple photos, plus an additional added lookout window from the upstairs room into main zone in third and fourth photos.
