Posted for the Smith family, For the second time in two years, Natasha saved my horses life. Two years ago after 36 hours of colic she did an extensive surgery on my daughters first horse Flynn. After a touchy delicate surgery, she extracted 10 kg kg of gravel out of his stomach. Two years later, Flynn is thriving. We also use Paton martin Natasha included to do 2PP on our show horses. They were extremely thorough and accurate and we are very happy with the outcome. Late September, my horse, small brain, got sick with cellulitis. She monitored from Vancouver working with the local vet to keep home. When the local vet realize we could not stabilize him or get him better, she took over in Vancouver and retrieve a large abscess of his Cannon bone. I returned home after five days, and Natasha kept supporting us through our healing process. We are very grateful for Paton and Martin veterinary services They have always been there for us since we have come to them with our first surgery. Their prices are fair, they do not overcharge although they certainly knock it out of the park in the customer service department. Thanks you so much Natasha and team! ❤️ The smith family

Dr Martin is amazing, experienced and knowledgeable, and the office staff at P+M are SO helpful, patient and kind. I have had great experiences with them in all aspects of my horses care.

Paton & Martin have been responsible for helping to keep my horses well for over eleven years. Dr. Marielle St-Laurent has personally helped aid me in keeping my mare continually sound. I definitely recommend. The office staff is not only friendly, but very knowledgeable.

It has been over three weeks and I still have not received the report for my PPE. Great staff - admin were always friendly and accommodating, which has not been my experience at other clinics! My stars would be higher but a simple pre-purchase exam with no added extras cost me over $800. This was for a horse that was to be used as a trail/pleasure mount. I am from the interior and our prices are about half that. I learned my lesson, ask for the cost before booking !!

David Paton has been my veterinarian for many years, treating myself and my miniature horses with respect and patience. Having to deal with me in some of those inevitable difficult decision days with consideration and kindness has made all the difference. I will always be thankful that time was taken tp give kindly support along with the professional care for my minis. The office staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.
