I can’t speak to the quality of their actual plumbing work, but their logistics and scheduling are terrible. I called in the early afternoon and the receptionist was kind enough. I was told the plumber would arrive sometime after 4:00 PM, which was fine, so I waited around all day. Around 5:00 PM, I received a text saying they would be coming tomorrow instead. Had I known they weren’t coming today, I would have contacted other companies, but by then it was too late. It’s understandable to be busy, but customers deserve accurate information about arrival times. As a result, I’m now stuck with water pooling in my apartment and no way to address it.

I picked them because they gave me the lowest price, but then I was left with a really pleasant surprise when it comes to their efficiency, customer service, and punctualness.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Pars. I hired them to upgrade an old natural gas boiler system with a new HE unit. I was impressed with the efficiency of the work even though the installation was complicated by the age of the system and the building. All of the workers were kind, professional and demonstrated a great attention to detail in finding solutions and finishing the job for a fair price. Thank you for taking care of my heating needs!

I would not recommend Pars Plumbing. No quote was provided before the work, and when I asked about the cost on the phone, I was told it wasn’t a big job and should be “not too much.” However, the final bill was shockingly high. I even showed it to another plumber, who confirmed I was charged well over the normal rate for this type of work. Very disappointing and not transparent at all.

I had an extremely difficult hot water tank replacement. Massoud and Kenny worked non-stop when the work has extremely demanding. They didn’t stop until the job was done. I’m so grateful I could rely on them
