Lauren has an amazing ability to diagnose and unravel ‘what’s causing what’ at the speed of light! I find her treatments and homework super focussed and efficient. I particularly appreciate her explanations on what to prioritize and that she includes how to prevent future issues. If I lived in Victoria I’d see her more often.

Parkway is incredible! I've seen multiple practitioners who have been knowledgeable, caring and effective! The reception folks are also very friendly and warm and welcoming! Would absolutely recommend!

Reception staff very friendly and greeted me by name. Scheduling was spot on even though I had an ICBC claim. Kinesiologist compassionate and instrumental with progressive exercises, focussing on mobility in areas while my body heals from multiple spine and rib fractures. I got my exercises printed, rather than going online. Physiotherapist, explained using models of my affected areas and tried to speed up treatment by contacting health offices for imaging. Had an option with supportive counselling sessions over the phone, even scheduling two sessions in a week. Thank you team!

I booked a Physiotherapy assessment/initial treatment appointment recently, after injuring my back. The clinic, and team are excellent. My physiotherapist, Alex, has exceptional knowledge, and skills. Definitely check out their website to see if there is a therapist that you think would be right for you. Well done Parkway.

I was over the top with my first appointment with Nicole Gros. Never have I experienced such an engaging and competent physiotherapist. The thorough assessment, diagnosis and subsequent treatments have given me confidence that recovery is in my future. I look forward to working with her to be my best possible self.
