We are bringing our beloved Dexter for the past 10 years and he loves to meet Dr Simk, Dexter had gone through a procedure couple of weeks ago and has recovered in full since then. We are very happy and excited to see him that he has developed a special bond with Dr Simk. Big applause for Dr Simk and the team, highly recommended.

I have been to this hospital for many years and would only entrust this hospital for my pets needs. Dr Simk and the staff are very compassionate and great, I feel like they are a part of my extended family. Recently one of my black Russian terriers had to undergo surgery to remove a lump on his back, and I know that my dog was cared for with the best care possible. Whenever I have any concerns, I am always able to get my answers quickly and never feel rushed or ignored. Whenever I am worried about my two dogs and a cat this is the place I look forward to mitigate my concerns or worries. These excellent qualities makes this hospital unique in dealing with their clients and the patients. I am feeling so blessed that I have such a knowledgeable, talented vet to take care of my pets. I am really thankful to Dr Simk and the staff at Parkgate for doing such a wonderful job.

I have been taking my one puppy there for 13 years and the other ones been going there for 5 years. Manjeet is the veterinarian she's super super awesome and very nice lady and does a very good job. My dogs actually like going to this vet. That in itself says something right there. Lol. I've never had any issues ever. We have always been most helpful. I would rate this vet 12 out of 10 I would recommend this vet to everybody. ❤️

I had a great experience with Dr Mandy. She is knowledgeable, polite, and very reliable. Her attention to detail and positive attitude truly stand out. Would definitely recommend her.

I called to bring in a bird and then they said they don’t see birds to call the SPCA when she learned it was injured. I said how does that make sense when your names a bird hospital? She then said the bird vet is on holiday and that they didn’t know when they would be back clearly indicating I wasnt welcome. I offered to pay to have the bird seen and suddenly for $99 it was able to be looked at. When I questioned why she would turn me away and make that story up she immediately hung up on me.
