They don't know how to work insurance. Also, trans folk: these people will refuse to use your preferred name despite multiple reminders. If you don't care, feel free to go but I'm definitely switching to a more respectful dentist

Unfortunately the dental receptionist just had no clue what she was talking about and was unprofessional. I try to be understanding however she was not helpful in the insurance aspect of questions and when she couldn’t hear me on the phone she called my voice “small” instead of quiet. I had to make the judgment not to come here before even meeting with a dentist or walking into the clinic at all. I’ve heard great things about this clinic! The receptionist maybe just needed more training and more professional language.

Always a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. I’ve been coming here for years and I always feel well taken care of. The service is consistently excellent, and they really make you feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I've had some bad experiences with dental offices in the past, so I've been a bit weary when trying to find a new dentist. But at Paramount Dental all the staff were so lovely and kind and professional. I've only been there once and I'm already so happy with how they treat their patients. Linda, my hygienist, was amazing. She made an uncomfortable experience very manageable by offering numbing gel, speaking to me kindly the whole time, and even making me laugh. Her warmth and sense of humor really helped me relax. Thank you Paramount Dental 💐

Dr. Dan and his assistants are very knowledgeable and having amazing bedside manner. He is very dedicated to making sure patients understand their treatments options and current dental status. He takes the time to explain what's going on so you understand his recommendations. The x-rays I got were very high quality and let me see exactly what the problems are with my teeth. Office is very modern and clean; super spacious with individual rooms for each chair. They use 3d modeling instead of old school alginate impressions. Dr. Dan is clearly a passionate dentist that I would highly recommend.
