I placed two separate orders for pictures on December 9th. I received the one order and the other order went to a different address. When I did not received my pictures, it took numerous emails and phone messages to have the pictures reprinted. However, they refused to mail them, even though I already paid the $8.00 for postage, was told I would need to pick up my order in town. So as of Feb. 9, I still don't have pictures. I am disappointed in the customer service.

Paquins went goes above and beyond in customer service. We have an annual photo session with them for our daycare ages 1-5. These amazing people have such patience when it comes to making sure they get the photos parents will adore! They have a genuine love for their customers. The ladies are punctual and professional and polite. They are extremely helpful and do so many extra things that make the experience a joy for us every year. Thank you for making this such a positive experience that families and staff look forward to every year! We love you!

This business is wonderful but Jamie the photographer is AMAZING! She was working so hard, as the store was full. Smiling, buzzing around professionally and having fun at the same time! She is so caring and passionate about her job. You can see it clearly begining from her smile to the way she does her job and interacts with other staff and customers! I can picture Jamie doing incredible photographing those with special needs or need a little extra time! Highly recommend seeing her! She will leave you with a memory beyond a photograph!
