After attending this medical clinic for 6 years, I was finally able to find a new clinic with a knowledgeable Doctor. Unfortunately, I spent 4 years looking for a Doctor so I could leave here. Within one month, my new Doctor sent me for x-rays and ultrasound and we are still doing more tests. I am already set up at a radiology clinic for injections and an occupational therapist. The Doctor at Papillion was completely useless and my concerns fell on deaf ears for 4 years straight. The only relief recommended by this clinic was PAIN KILLERS & ANTI-DEPRESSENTS, lazy answers. I was also told to “Follow the Canada Food Guide” lol which most nutritionally aware people know is NOT healthy. This clinic is a reflection of the poor state of health care system in Canada. I would highly recommend anyone with health issues, go elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They gave me some great tips and tricks to help my Malasma, and refused a laser treatment that would have made my condition worse. I appreciate the honesty and the fact that they aren’t just there to take your money. I will be back in the fall for my malasma treatments.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, not “pushy”; excellent customer service and well priced services. Quality services, products and education related to services offered. Highly recommend visiting the clinic. Claudia is absolutely amazing; will return for sure! The gals at the desk were also equally amazing; it was a pleasant experience, looking forward to my next visit :)

The doctor was very courteous, kind, professional and efficient. The reason for the two stars was because of what was witnessed with the front desk support staff. No names were mentioned but, there was certainly disregard for client confidentiality, gossip and disrespect for others, and an all out argument (including profanities) with a family member. I’d recommend revisiting some training on professionalism.
