I strongly recommend geting a second opinion. This company was called from my condo insurance. A cut was found on a furnace vent pipe, which caused condensation and water droplets to form, which caused a water leak on the garage ceiling. Their company quoted 1785$ for a repair. I got a second professional plumber to look at it and he quoted me 200$ for the repair (including materials). Im black listing this company. If you're dealing with this company, make sure to get a second opinion.

My furnace broke down on the weekend and I found Papa Plumbing online. Technician named Cash showed up and fixed the issue in half an hour and charged very reasonably. I would recommend this company with five stars.

Our hot water tank stopped working. I called in the morning, and they came the same day to replace it. The office staff were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Dilbag, the technician who completed the work, did an excellent job.

I called Papa Plumbing today to have my kitchen sink drain cleaned and checked for leaks. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly. He tried using a small hand cable first, and when that wasn’t enough, he used a larger electric cable—still keeping the price very reasonable. Excellent service from start to finish. I’d recommend this company to anyone, any day!

If it had a negative star, I would have given that. Do not contact this company. Rude, over promises but under delivery. Charged me service call request said if I have to pay $198 and I will get detailed quote and a nice report. Paid, got 4 sentences in text message as a quote. On asking for breakdown, I was told it will take a week, and when I asked for the report, I was told spend money. So what did I pay $198 for? For come in so you can send me an exorbitant amount? Beware before contacting them. Oh and when I said I will leave a review, I was told don’t send aggressive messages. Lol. So please take your business elsewhere. Let me edit it after the owner has lied. lol. Unacceptable manner. Hahahaha, please do not lie or I will post the screenshots. Your technician was paid immediately after you said I will give you a nice report and full detailed quote. Later on you sent me 4 sentences. Thought you are dealing with a woman who does not know the trade and can exploit or take advantage of, as you did for many others reading from the reviews. You are a Liar, rude, and obnoxious person who is after people’s money. I hate to say this but the lie you told here shows you are not the person of integrity. I will sure to let our strata know (benefit of being on council) to beware and read reviews before calling you. If you keep Lying I will post the screenshots of the chat.
