Absolutely loved the focused massage treatment from Nate yesterday. He is very knowledgeable and understands the anatomy well. If anyone needs to get a "true" and "deep focused" massage try Nate at Palermo Plus in Oakville. I had a very bad shoulder and upper arm pain relating to rotator cuff. He did a focused treatment and I must say it was magical. I was a bit sore as expected but the next day I was able to get on with my day without the ongoing pains I have had since the past few weeks. I normally don't try new therapists but this was a one off urgent appointment, and I think Nate is going to be my new go to for always. Thanks!

Unexpectedly I began to experience significant pain radiating down my arm. After a couple of days taking Tylenol I called Palermo physiotherapy and was able to get an appointment immediately with Ulia. After a consultation, Ulia recommended a deep tissue massage and ultrasound. The relief was instantaneous and follow-up exercises and a treatment plan was recommended. I am very pleased with the service provided by the clinic and Ulia is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I couldn’t ask for more in a physiotherapist. I highly recommend this clinic and their staff to treat your physiotherapy needs.

I went in for my initial consultation with Ulia and she was very thorough and knowledgeable as she examined my knee and ankle. She then showed me 3 exercises to do on my knee. I felt great doing these exercises and feel as if I am going to be in great hands moving forward. I was very impressed with the facilities and Ulia's kind and caring professionalism.

I’d been dealing with a knee issue for months and honestly thought surgery might be my only option. On a whim, I found Palermo Plus Physio and started working with Kirsten — and I’m really glad I did. In about six sessions, my pain reduced by roughly 75% and my mobility improved significantly. I’ve tried physio before without much success, but this experience has been completely different. Big shoutout to Kirsten for her professionalism and effective treatment approach. Highly recommend Palermo Plus Physio.

Selam Minassie is exceptionally knowledgeable, gentle, and highly effective in foot care. She quickly identifies issues and provides excellent treatment. I visited her twice, and each time her warm personality and gentle approach made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend her services. I also had excellent experience with my Registered Massage Therapist, Jason (Zheng Zhu) Li. He is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to understand my concerns before beginning treatment. Great RMT! Professional, skilled, and very attentive to my needs. I left feeling relaxed with noticeably reduced pain. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality massage therapy.
