’m very grateful to the team at Pain Free for their warm welcome and exceptional service. They are excellent in what they do. A special thanks to Olivia Sawares, the physiotherapist, for her professionalism and expertise. After a detailed assessment, she immediately identified the problem areas and provided highly effective treatment. I especially appreciated her use of shockwave therapy, which made a noticeable difference. Shout out as well to Yosef-RMT, I already feel better after just my first session with them. Katherine is a great help! She’s the front desk that greets you as you enter. She’s so helpful and friendly. Very good at her job. When she’s not answering calls and helping others, she’s cleaning and keeping the clinic spotless. Jennifer is my physiotherapy and I’ve used her twice already and immediately feel better. She knows her stuff and very friendly as well. I highly recommend her. Overall, I really like the clinic. Modern, clean, and very friendly staff. If you’re in the Hamilton area, and you’re in need of a painless and effective solution, this is the place.
