Oct 13 2025 I had hip replacement surgery at Royal Columbian Hospital. Feb 3 2026 I have pain on and off with stiffness in my hip. * Today I had an appointment with XIAN WANG. I could go on and on here ! AFTER my first visit today, my walk is steady and straight. Lighter on my feet, anyway, feeling better than I did walking through the Clinic door. Have my next appointment in a week. Xian Wang relieved some of my pain. Know I am still in the healing process, it takes time. This session helped me get in touch with my body, was good. (Feel relief) Hip/leg tune up. Reception staff are warm and welcoming to everyone. VERY HELPFUL & KIND I THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING 🙏 Maureen Clarke See ya next week ☺️

I have been living the last 6 weeks with extreme pain in my shoulder blades. Tried everything but nothing released the muscles and pain. Then I booked a Registered Massage Therapist appointment at the Pain Clinic at Trennani Place in Ladner. Xian was my RMT. He was thorough, direct . Knowledgeable and professional. In my experience I have never had had a RMT work my muscles and the pain out as well as xian. Today I had my second appointment and was impressed that my first impression was the same for the second appointment. Xian”s massages are not for the weak. He searches for the knots and understands how to work them out. I would recommend you try xian if you have pain in your muscles. If you want assurance that he can loosen your body up and relieve the pain you are experiencing, I am proof.

I have never met a kinder care team in my life. Each and every staff member there has treated me with respect, true kindness, and empathy. Excellent - My call was accepted by Honey Lyn, was able to book at same day without feeling rush. I came with difficulty to walk with so much knee pain, for years due to Arthritis. After the Treatment I can rate it very good I felt lighter & less pain. I rate the Tx 80% on First visit. Milan is a very good Physio Therapist in terms of Diagnosis & treatment, a very compassionate person. Finally I found a place with great team to depend on in terms of my Goal to get well & be better.

Absolutely love the team at Pain Free Health in Ladner! Dr. Ravi (chiro) is super knowledgeable and takes the time to really explain everything. Parry (RMT) gives amazing massages, Ciryl (physio) is thorough and attentive, and Ignacio (kin) is great with rehab exercises. The whole team works so well together. Plus, Jill at the front desk is the best—very friendly and always on top of things. Highly recommend!
