I can’t say enough good things about Padfoot, we were recommended to them a few months ago after a vet emergency, and it has been the best experience, prices are very reasonable, and the staff are so friendly, and passionate about what they do. Ours cats have seen both Dr. Valerie, and Dr. Jess, and they both have been great. All the ladies at the front desk are amazing but a special thanks to Sue, after a very unexpected emergency, and the times I’ve had to come back since, she has been nothing short of amazing. Sue, if you read this, thank you so much for keeping me sane over the last few months. I seriously don’t know what I would have done without you ❤️ Thank you all for being the best team and always providing top notch care to our fur babies. It’s so hard to find a vet you click with but we have finally found ours 😊

So incredibly caring and kind. They ALL worked so hard to save our beautiful boy Tango. Such a random diagnosis that was so difficult to find. A rare condition almost impossible to diagnose but they did EVERYTHING they could possibly do to save our boy. Our vet was kind and gave us all the information she could. The kind and sweet receptionist was so devastated by his loss, she needed a hug from us!!! Not a bad thing, trust me. Made us realize he was treasured by all that tried to save him, that he was in such a caring environment. I've lost my beautiful fur babies in the past but this team made me feel welcome to mourn this loss like no other veterinarian I've encountered. If you want a loving environment for your pet, please come here. Thank you ALL for your kindness at this devastating loss. Not being able to be there with Tango in his final moments will haunt us forever but I'm so glad he was with you ❤️ I know he felt love❤️

Such an amazing clinic... Communication is top notch as is the care. We were referred here from another practice and will be staying for sure. Absolutely appreciate the help with insurance paperwork... They did it all for us which is incredible. Very caring staff and incredible service... We will recommend to everyone

I brought my senior dog here today for the first time, as my regular vet was closed. They made time for me with their urgent care appointment and the experience was great! The receptionist Sue was lovely, the clinic was new and clean and Dr Drolet very kind and patient. She took the extra time to sit on the ground and help Snowy gain trust and feel safe. I felt comfortable right away and could tell my dog was in great hands (being a “sensitive” person owner going to a new vet is a bit overwhelming for me typically) I appreciated how upfront they are with cost, and the thorough notes that were emailed to me. I most definitely recommend taking your pet here, and will be back :)

So happy that Dr. Valerie has opened her own clinic! She’s been the best vet for our cat Sparks—he actually looks forward to seeing her. What sets Dr. Valerie apart is how much she truly cares. She takes the time to explain all the options, gives honest advice, and never makes you feel like it’s about profit. She’s kind, compassionate, and community-minded. The new clinic is welcoming, with great staff and excellent equipment. I couldn’t recommend it more—it really feels like a place built with pets and their people in mind.
