He and his team did an amazing job with dismantling an old, leaky and dangerous addition to our 115 year-old home and essentially giving the back of our house a new life! Steven was always available to explain things and show me the work they were doing on this complex job. He's been really great about keeping costs low and working with us to prioritize. Pacific west exterior was referred to me by my neighbours who use them a few years ago, they had a wonderful experience, so I contacted them regarding a roof leak as well as a partial wall repair due to the leak, I'm extremely happy with the results and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs any roof repair or exterior work done. I have had a great experience with Steve and His Team, I had leaks in my warehouse roof, I wanted a whole new roof on my warehouse, Steve said it was not necessary and told me that the roof is in really good shape, there's just a few areas that need to be fixed. Steve took the time to explain everything to me, showing me the good part of the roof, compared to the damage part of the roof And for that I appreciate it, I am really pleased with his work and I have asked for more work now at my home for my skylight leak I have. I would recommend this company and would use his services again

Spoke with Steve for a residential roofing repair job based on a friend's referral that Pacific West did a great job for him and has a stellar reputation for quality work and great service. Steve was friendly, professional and his estimate was fair. Steve and his team really delivered and I'm impressed with the quality plus stayed within my budget. A big upside is that his communication throughout the job was good and the guys cleaned up after well. Thanks Steve!

Fixed a problem we had with our skylight leaking water into our bathroom, and found some water damage that another roofing company didn't find so that was a relief. Great experience, will call next time I have any roofing or skylight issues.
