Ali from Pacific Total Electric did a fantastic job for us. He removed our old chandelier and installed the new one quickly, and the new one looks great! He was professional, courteous, and very efficient. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and the whole process was easy and stress free. We’re so happy with the result and will absolutely be calling Ali again for any future electrical work. Highly recommend!

What is this joke? I chose Ali and Total Electric as he seemed exceptionally knowlegeable and fair to deal with. On November th 30th, Ali scheduled an appointment with me to have my Nema 14-50 EV plug and dining room light installed. I had asked for December the 10 at 3:00pm however Ali had asked if December the 11th at 3:00pm would be fine. I agreed. On the evening of December the 10th, I followed up with a text to confirm Total Electric's attendance the following day. I received no response. I waited till 3:06pm, slightly after our appointment and gave Ali a call. He said that he had some sort of accident and that he would call me back shortly. He did not call however he did sent me a text saying "Unfortunately I cannot come today, can I see you tomorrow?" What kind of nonsense is this? I drove out to east Coquitlam from North Burnaby and was given the complete run around. My luck? I dislike publishing such a review however such an experience dealing with a business is unacceptable. Who says he wouldn't lead us on to believe he is coming tomorrow and no show again? Trust broken. Shame.

Ali was responsive and supportive. I needed a bathroom fan replaced ASAP and he was able to come the very next morning. He did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable (compared to other companies I asked in the process of shopping around). Was very mindful of keeping our house clean before, during and after the job. Great work!

Very knowledgeable and professional team. Super supportive. They helped me separate my panel from the basement without hassle. They got the permits themselves and completed the work with minimal cuts to the drywalls. The drywalls that were cut were also very nicely done, so that the could be easily reused. Strongly recommend them.
