Our neighbors were getting their roof done, and Carroll Swartz came by to say hi and ask if his crew could help with a construction cleanup at our place. He also offered us a free roof inspection, which we thought was nice—but honestly, we didn’t think we needed a new roof. Once he went into the attic, though, he found a bunch of mold around our chimney from a leak we didn’t even know about. Yikes! The roof was old, sure, but we had no idea it was that bad. Carroll did a really thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. Since our neighbors were so happy with the service, and because his crew was finishing up next door, we were able to get a great deal to have our roof done too. The guys were polite, fast, and left the place spotless. Communication was easy and stress-free. We’re so happy with our new roof and would highly recommend Pacific Sierra Roofing. These guys know what they’re doing—and they really care.

We had our roof replaced by Pacific Sierra in February 2026. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. We were impressed by the thorough roof inspection and detailed report which meant the quote was realistic. The roofing crew were well-trained and hard-working, cleaning up at the end of each day. There was plenty of communication at each stage. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Simply Amazing. Pacific Sierra Nanaimo did an excellent job re-roofing our house. From the first quote to the final cleanup, the team was transparent and professional. Greg, (what a guy) was incredibly helpful and explained every step. He responded quickly to our questions, and worked through a couple of unexpected issues and leaks on the roof without any issues or additional charges! The quality of the shingles and installation looks great and blew our expectations out the water. At the end they even tidied up our yard, I mean what else could you possibly want? Greg with pacific Sierra should be the go to for anyone needing roofing work in the Nanaimo area, no question.

Greg and the crew at Pacific Sierra were phenomenal. Got a quote on Monday and my roof was done by Saturday. Hard workers and very personable. Answered all my questions very patiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They were great. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing service! We contacted Barry and he was able to come out on the same day and check out our roof and gutter issues and give us his solutions. He is extremely personable and helpful. The next day he came back out and removed the stove pipe, repaired the hole, as well as fixed the gutters. He also gave us an inspection around our skylights which was really helpful to know thay they're in good shape. Very happy and impressed with how fast we were able to get our issues fixed heading into the winter season. We really recommend Barry and Sierra Roofing, as they went above and beyond for our repairs. We will be recommending them to our friends and neighbours and we will definitely be using them again for any future roofing and gutter needs!
