Mike blew me away when he came to the house on a Long Weekend Friday when all companies were saying there were closed for the next 4 days. With a backing up sewer into the house 4 days is not possible to wait. Mike was helpful beyond my expectations. We made the emergency repair and got the house running again. He generously provided information of strategies for large scale repair work needed in a 100+ year old pipe that we will follow out. He came equipped and organized with all the tools and supplies needed for his tasks and returned the next day on time when he said he would. The city officials even know who he is and confirmed that Mike is an approved professional, skilled in his work and provides accurate and reliable information.
