We had a wonderful experience at Pacific Pet with our dog. The staff was gentle, attentive, and clearly cared about making him feel comfortable. Dr Chuang took time to explain everything and answered all our questions patiently.

The doctor is very kind and gentle when checking and treating my cats, so I highly recommend this vet clinic 👍 They also follow up on my cats’ condition after treatment, which gives me great peace of mind and makes it easy to trust them.

My dog was limping after his walk and we decided to bring him here for the first time. Facilities were clean, and staff were friendly and caring for our dog. We got to see Dr. Chuang right away, and he clearly explained all the procedures to help our dog. This place genuinely wants to help your pets unlike some clinics I've been to... Thank you Pacific Pet Clinic and we will be back!

Pacific Pet Clinic does a great job of looking after my little one! Their location is great and their clinic is always clean. The doctors here are professional, knowledgeable and always have my dog’s best interests at heart. The prices are very fair too :) Thank you Pacific Pet Clinic!

bring my dog today for urgent check up because he stopped eat and drink for 2 days. called to book in morning, reception helped to arranged the earliest appointment inn the afternoon 2pm. Check in was very fast and smooth. only 5min, Dr. came to check. give us his opinion, process of exam, and the rate. Every thing is very professional and efficient. they can speak mandarin, Cantoness and English. Much easier for me to know the exactly conditions of my dog.
