I’ve been to this dental clinic a few times and have always had a great experience. The dentists are very professional and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Feizi is especially kind and very professional. Also a big thank you to Eli at the front desk for always being so helpful and welcoming. Really happy with the care here.

Myself, my spouse, and both of our children visited Pacific One Dental for oral hygiene services. From the very beginning, we had both the exam and the hygiene treatments. Dr. Feizi was our dentist, who was extremely skilled, kind, and attentive.The front desk team, both Eli and Sarah, were incredibly warm, professional, and respectful, from the moment we booked the appointment until the end. The entire staff was highly knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated. The clinic environment was very stylish, spotless, modern, and the facilities were absolutely top-notch and new. I have rarely seen a dental office in Nanaimo with this level of quality and refinement.

Absolutely the best dentist office i have ever been to. Super caring staff great receptionists, dentists + dentist assistants. This will be my #1 go to for the rest of my life.

I had put a review a few weeks ago, I chose to remove it given that Sarah, the Manager reached out to me. My original review spoke about my first visit including the disappointment I was feeling about how one staff spoke to me on the phone, which I still stand that she was rude to me. I had also spoken about Sarah and other staff that are kind and helpful. With that said, Sarah is truly one of a kind and to her employer if it wasn’t for Sarah I wouldn’t have returned to your dental office. She needs to be recognized for how she has treated me and ensuring someone helped me. Just know that her kind ways, her genuine care for others including ensuring I was heard, cared for can’t even be described into words. She never wavered, she is simply one of the kindest humans I have ever met. I am forgetting the names of two hygienist but those ladies were truly and honestly the hardest and kindest workers, humans. I will forever remember them and their honest genuine care for me. Needless to say after weeks of true agony, I had two extractions and I am on the mend now. The establishment is always so immaculately clean as well. Thank you Sarah and her team

Great client service! We felt very well taken care of by all staff. I brought my daughter in for an emergency consult with her loose tooth, I heard back promptly, communication was clear, the dental office had a great atmosphere, and my daughter felt at ease. We’ll come back again for future dental work. 😊
