I have been using this place for the past few years. The service was okay the first time, but unfortunately it has only gone from bad to worse since then. There are always mistakes with the color, size, or material of the hair pieces. On top of that, their products are significantly overpriced, even though they claim to offer “good discounts.” At my last appointment, I arrived on time but was kept waiting for more than 30 minutes with no apology. The appointment was booked for an hour, but Fanta only spent a few minutes with me and showed me just two hair pieces—both completely different from what we had previously agreed upon. It felt like the purpose of the appointment was simply to get me to pay in full, not to help me choose the right product. I was required to pay the entire amount upfront even though the hair piece I requested was not available and would take about a month to arrive. When I returned a month later for the installation, I was shocked when the receptionist suddenly demanded an extra $300 before I could leave. I explained that, according to my agreement with Fanta, installation and follow-up were already included in the amount I had paid upfront. I even showed text messages between me and Fanta confirming this. Still, the receptionist was rude, refused to honor the agreement, and pressured me to pay. When I tried to contact Fanta for clarification, she ignored my calls. I genuinely felt intimidated, as if they might even involve the police if I didn’t pay. To make matters worse, a week later I needed a follow-up adjustment. When I called to book, I was once again told I had to pay extra—despite my agreement clearly including this service. Overall, this has been a very stressful and unpleasant experience. The customer service is extremely poor, the communication is unprofessional, and the products are overpriced. My advice: STAY AWAY.

Worst place for hair systems. Do not waste your money. They overprice charging thousands for a piece that is not even worth $200. Worst quality. But that’s not the kicker here. They most terrible thing about them is service. They do NOT know how to cut hair which is a basic hair service. Their systems are terrible. Lowest quality. They force a contract on you making you pay for services you haven’t even gotten yet. If you’re unsatisfied with your piece or haircut they will blame you and say “you just need time to adapt”. Nobody should be forced “to adapt” to a terrible haircut. They refuse to fix their mistakes and gaslight the costumer into thinking “it’s all in their head”. I left that place in tears for not only the horrible job but the lack of professionalism and accountability. They charged me $2000 which might as well gone to the trash. The most appalling part of this is that people who need hair systems due to pattern baldness, cancer, burn victims are coming here vulnerable and in need of help and instead of providing that life saving service (this does impact your mental health drastically) they use the opportunity to scam you and rob you. Stay away from this place at all costs. You’d do better having a raccoon live on your head. If you’re looking to get the right service with fair prices and no contracts and gaslighting please go to crown and glory restoration. They saved my hair after pacific destroyed it. For much less. And the service at crown is amazing. PS: watch pacific take my review down or tell me how my experience was somehow all my fault like they do to every costumer that rightfully complains.

I have nothing but great things to say about Pacific Hair Loss Solutions! I have been coming here since December 2022, and today’s new hair piece installation, as with all of their services, did not disappoint. I’ve been losing my hair since I was about 16 (10 years), which massively affected my confidence. I tried coloured powders, volume texture powders and hats to try to cover my balding, but there’s only so much you can cover before it starts to get to you. Finding Pacific Hair was my saving grace - I don’t have to do any of that anymore! Before my initial consult it felt daunting and I felt a bit vulnerable - asking for help with something that affected my confidence as much as it did was a lot. I could have not been more wrong in that fear. As soon as you step in the door, the entire team is welcoming and always considerate to how you may be feeling. One of the biggest things that eased my anxiety was their use of private rooms. For my initial consult I was afraid my balding may be exposed to the public, but nope, it’s just you and your stylists through ALL of the services, so there is no fear of the public eye. They offer a variety of options, and are extremely knowledgeable to which solutions may work best for you and your lifestyle. I have always opted for the semi permanent hair piece (Fanta I can’t remember the technical term for it here so feel free to edit) The quality of their pieces are top notch - and just like anything, if you listen to their instructions, they will last you a long time. I have been diligent in caring for mine exactly to their instructions and 2 years later it’s still almost good as new. When I say instructions - don’t worry, it’s not a lot, it will not affect you or your lifestyle much at all, it’s just a bit of a shift from handling your usual hair. In all honesty, I never even realize it’s there, and not a SINGLE person has been able to tell I wear a piece unless I’ve told them explicitly, and they are ALWAYS surprised at how natural it looks. All of their pieces are perfectly matched to your hair texture and colour, or whichever way you want to go with that if you want to change things up, and the quality is always the same. There’s nothing I look more forward to than getting my confidence back that was affected by my hair. Before my hair piece I was always told I looked YEARS older than I am, and now I am always told I look my age if not younger which is always such a great compliment to look forward to. To sum it all up, I could not be more thankful to have found Pacific Hair Loss Solutions. From their quality and variety of services they offer, and hospitable attitude while they’re at it, they have truly changed my life for the better. Thank you Pacific Hair team!

Pacific Hair Loss solutions is a fantastic option for people looking for guidance and services pertaining to hair loss and/or hair enhancement. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about different hair conditions, textures and can cater to your preferences and needs. Since utilizing the services of this establishment, I have found improvements in the management of my hair texture and growth. They also offer top of the line hair care products that they can recommend for your specific needs. I highly recommend Pacific Hair!!

I have been dealing with hair loss for about 8 years, and it has affected so much in my life since it started. Anytime that someone placed a mirror behind my head so that I could see how bad my baldness was increasing, and it was always horrible to notice and disappointing. I have tried different kinds of products, from pills, shampoos, oils, gummies, to even carrot scraps rubbing my scalp and none of them actually worked. Except only by a medicine that a doctor prescribed me called Trichoplus which only stops the hair loss for a while. I cannot thank enough Fanta for her dedicated and amazing job and her team for what they did implanting a hair piece on my head. Staff always are very warm, friendly and so willing to answer the millions of questions that I had before the hair installment. Specially I would like to thank Sarah who was my hairstylist, she did such an amazing job, very sweet and perfectionist. Covid safety precautions are a 10! They were all wearing masks, I got a temperature check, hand-wash and a private room all the time. The quality of the hairpieces is awesome, it matches perfectly my hair color and mixed up so evenly. I am still quite impressed how great the hairpiece feels on my head and the best part is it's real hair, not fake or plastic wig. My wife just loved it and that I don't have to wear a hat anymore at work, how cool that is and also that is one of the reasons why I decided to do this. I got a troubleshooting guide with all the spots covered in case something is going wrong, but so far I haven't had any problem at all, only positive comments about how great my hair looks and that my hairstyle glows. I also received a kit with natural sulfate and parabens free shampoo, natural conditioner, gel and other products to keep the hair piece in great condition. I totally recommend Pacific Hair to anyone suffering from alopecia or hair loss, your life is going to change completely in such a great way and you will have the best experience ever!!
