Brought my vehicle in for 3 claims, they had it fixed in a timely fashion. Washed my vehicle & did a detail on it. Brittany the receptionist went above and beyond calling me and giving me updates and explained the process to me, answering any questions I had. I would recommend this place to everybody!

Brought my SUV in to have a door ding repaired and they went above and beyond. Had my car back within days and when I picked it up, it had been washed on the outside, vacuumed, wiped down on the inside, it was practically detailed! They even folded the blanket in my back seat! Not necessary but very much appreciated! They even left me with a free tote bag! Would highly recommend, service was fantastic!

My truck was recently fix at PA AUTOBODY shop as a claim with SGI. All I can say is they have a really Good customer service. Big thumbs up to Britney, who helped me a lot and gave me tons of information when it comes to the process. I really appreciate her patience, she went above and beyond when it comes to good customer service, and gave me an update as much as she can throughout the process.

Took my vehicle there couple of times for SGI claims. Tell you what, I couldn't find single area where they are not exceptional. Superb customer service , excellent job quality and follow through commitments like clock work. If you go else where for your vehicle maintenance needs then don't, These guys have set the standards to a whole new level. Good work.
