Very disappointing experience. The studio feels more focused on money than members. Classes are overcrowded, instructors rush through sessions, and there’s little to no personal attention—especially for beginners. The “heated” environment often feels uncomfortable rather than therapeutic, and hygiene could definitely be better. Staff at the front desk came off cold and unhelpful when I had questions. For the price they charge, I expected much more professionalism and care. Wouldn’t recommend. The front desk might want to remember they work in customer service. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and made the place feel uncomfortable before class even started.

The yoga studio promotes “positive energy” but the front desk staff delivers the exact opposite. Cold, dismissive, and unprofessional.

I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived 2 minutes late to the class after rushing straight from work (I finish at 5:30 PM, don’t even drive, and took an Uber just to make it). Despite all that effort, the lady at the front desk refused to let me in. What made it worse is that the instructor herself politely said it was okay to let me join, but the front desk staff completely ignored her and showed zero flexibility or empathy. I lost my class, wasted my Uber money, and my time — all over two minutes. I understand policies, but this was handled in such a cold and unreasonable way. If you work full-time or rely on public transport, don’t expect any understanding here. Really disappointing customer service.

I’ve been practicing at Oxygen Yoga for three years now, and it has truly changed my life. I was skeptical in the beginning, but I quickly started noticing healing in my mind, body, and soul. The instructors are wonderful, supportive, and create a completely judgment-free environment. Over time, I’ve learned to appreciate my body and discovered strengths and abilities I never knew I had. While no studio is without its small challenges, I still highly recommend the Surrey Central Oxygen Hot Yoga studio to anyone looking to make meaningful lifestyle changes. With consistency, this place really works.

I’ve been trying out different yoga studio’s lately, and I just finished doing the one week trial at Oxygen Surrey Center. This one week trial gives you access to max 3 classes. I was looking for more active classes so I picked 3 hot classes. All three classes were good and well planned. I really liked the total body conditioning class with Charisse. I prefer it when the teacher exercises with the class but this wasn’t the cases with some of the classes here which was a negative point for me. There’s no locker room but they have some space in the class to leave your things. Props are provided and they have cleaning supplies to wipe off your mat and props after the class.
