I’ve had such a great experience at this physio clinic. Both Ethan and Jean are absolutely amazing. They are extremely attentive to detail, take the time to truly understand what’s going on, and tailor the treatment to what your body actually needs. Very client-focused they, listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole session. Every time I leave, I genuinely feel better — not just physically, but also confident that I’m in very capable hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and caring physiotherapists.

Jean was attentive and caring during our session. She was extremely knowledgeable and taught me/ explained a lot to me about why I was feeling pain. Understanding how my lifestyle contributes to how my body is feeling i am now implement the homework and changes she’s given me. I’ve been pain free now!

I’ve been a long time client of Jean and Ethan, over the years all I can say is their quality of treatment, methodology and knowledge has only gotten better. I started off being pretty avoidant of needles but with their patient care and treatment skills I only feel like I’m in a new body after treatment with Jean or Ethan. Their skills in this field are unmatched and you can’t go wrong booking with either one of these top tier professionals. This space is completely bespoke to their practice as well. Everything they would ever need to provide the highest quality of service and client care is here. They did not cut any corners in choosing equipment, amenities and branding- the space is immaculate and you can feel the care they put into their work emanating from the clinic. Do yourself a favour and work with the best in the health and wellness space.

Jean is hands down the best physiotherapist I’ve had treatment from. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and has your best interests in mind. Jean genuinely cares about her clients. She’s treated me for multiple different issues and I’m beyond grateful for her. I cannot recommend her enough. Also, the clinic is beautiful!

I’ve been seeing Ethan for physiotherapy for a while now, including before he and Jean opened this new clinic. I followed Ethan here because he’s very knowledgeable, smart, and consistent in his approach, and I’ve always trusted his judgment. Ethan takes the time to explain what’s going on and focuses on addressing the root cause rather than just treating symptoms. He also applies very strong pressure during treatment, which I personally love and find very effective. While I haven’t personally received treatment from Jean, she’s been great to deal with — professional, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable as well. Even though the clinic is new, the experience has been smooth and comfortable. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would recommend both Ethan and Jean to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality physiotherapy clinic.
