Referencing the recent negative comment, I have been a client of Anna for almost 3 years and have NEVER experienced the situations described in the review. When one posts an anonymous review that reflects negatively on a professional practice they must realize the consequences of such comments. This should not be allowed. This review is totally fictitious and could have serious repercussions. Neither therapist has ever had long fingernails and both therapists are extremely conscious of decorum and sanitary concerns. Never have I seen a "red blanket" on the massage table. Please withdraw this potentially damaging review.

Went for a massage, and no one had anything ready. Had to wait 10 minutes for her to heat up the hot stones. While laying on the bed waiting, someone who wasn't the massage therapist came, took the blankets off me, leaving me naked on the bed, she told me to stand up because I hadn't left the red sheet down (no one told me to leave it down). I instead lifted my body up plank style, and she brushed my breasts with her hand/arm putting the red blanket back. Completely unprofessional. The mystery woman was staring at my body the entire time. Made no effort to look away or give me any sort of privacy or offered to leave so I can put the red blanket back. I was just so done and wanted to leave at that point. The massage finally started and she did a good job on my feet, not so much my legs. When she massaged my back, she kept going so hard I had to tell her to stop or not so hard countless times. She had fake nails on, so when she was digging her fingers into my skin, her nails would dig in even deeper. She also starting cracking my back without my permission. Then she got on the bed and started walking on me. After she was done, she did not pat off the excess massage oil. Heard the same "thank you, I love you" song over 20 times in a row before the song was changed. One of my biggest annoyances, she kept running her oily hands through my hair with her nails scratching my head, leaving it extremely greasy, when I had just showered before I came. This made me have to shower all over again when I got home. Plus on the phone, I was told the massage was "only 55 dollars", but when it came time to pay, it was double the price, and they lied on the phone because I asked if they took insurance and said they did. When I asked for a receipt and they said they didn't do that. Overall, very bad practices, and they lie to get you there. Will not return, and will be contacting the proper channels about this awful experience.

Lisa’s got skills! I would highly recommend folks with some athletic background to see her. She got the circulation humming and the muscles relaxed. It was a powerful, healing session. I’m wiped now, Regardless of no “Canadian massage therapist” certificate, I will continue with future sessions.

The masseuse was very sweet and the massage was ok. However, the address online is incorrect, it’s done out of her house. The bed is very uncomfortable, it was covered in an old towel, it didn’t have the hole in the table, instead it had a removable ring for your face which was uncomfortable and put pressure on your jaw. It was not covered with a sheet so everyone’s face sits there, sharing germs. It was very cold in her basement and you only have a small towel to cover your middle section, I was freezing. During the massage she puts a pillow under your head, this pillow has no pillowcase so it’s very unsanitary. She also doesn’t offer receipts so you can’t claim it under your insurance. I will not be back.
